us within 7 days of receiving your order.

3 -- The fault must be due to an error on our part, such as a missing or damaged
item, or an incorrect order.

4 -- We reserve the right to refuse compensation in cases where the fault is
due to customer error or misuse of our products.

5 -- The 10% discount will be applied to the total cost of your next order, excluding
any shipping or handling fees.

We believe that this compensation policy is fair and reasonable, and we are committed to ensuring that our customers

that sometimes situations arise where a customer may need to return an item. As such, we have established the following
terms and conditions for returns:

Refunds will only be issued if you have paid the full deposit and then decide to cancel
your order before it is collected. In such cases, we will refund 50% of your payment, as we
have already invested time and resources into preparing your order.

If you cancel your order after it has been collected, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Similarly, if you fail to collect your order after placing it, we will not issue a refund.

In cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances beyond our
control, we will offer a full refund.
